Shortly after takeoff, the crew became disoriented due to poor weather conditions and decided to activate the Galaxy GRS rescue parachute system. The system worked perfectly and brought the two-man crew safely to the ground. This brought the total number of rescued persons to 119.

New Delhi: An Indian Air Force (IAF) microlight aircraft crashed in Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh on Friday. Both the pilots ejected safely.
